Referral Programme - Terms and Conditions

The purpose of our refer-a-friend programme is to reward our referring landlord client with a £50 Amazon Gift Card* which can be redeemed towards millions of items at www.amazon.co.uk.

The new referred landlord will receive a £50 discount code which can be redeemed on the listing fee of either our Basic, Essential or Complete plans on lettingaproperty.com (excluding Find a Tenant), thus rewarding both the referrer and the referred.

• A lettingaproperty.com referral is defined as the first purchase of a property advertising package by a person who has not previously purchased from lettingaproperty.com and who arrives at the site via a referral invite and makes a purchase of an advertising package.
• When a referred user places their first purchase of either our Basic, Essential or Complete plan from lettingaproperty.com after visiting your referral invite link, you will be eligible to receive a £50 Amazon Gift Card once tenancy contracts have been signed by a tenant moving in to the property. 
• A maximum of 5 landlords can be invited within any 24 hour period and referrers are limited to one referrer per household or business address.
• A referrer must be an existing client of ours and must have already purchased an advertising package with Lettingaproperty.com in order to refer others to use our services.
• A referrer cannot be registered at the same home or email address as the person they refer.
• Landlords being referred must use the referral link provided to them in their referral invitation in order for reward vouchers to be issued to the referring landlord.
• The link contains a cookie which is valid for 90 days.  Any orders made after this time will not be counted as a referral.
• Your friends will receive an invitation email once they have been referred by you. We will not contact them again unless they choose to opt into our newsletter.
• All referred landlords must have a different email address and contact number than that of the referrer.
• Management’s decision is final when determining the validity of landlords using this promotion and will delete accounts of Landlords promoting self-referrals.
• The level of the reward earned for qualified referrals is subject to change by lettingaproperty.com at any time without advance notice.
• The reward for referring landlords cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
• Lettingaproperty.com reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referring Customer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referring Customer and/or Referred Customer has made a purchase in a fraudulent manner.
• Lettingaproperty.com reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referring Customer and/or Referred Customer and to cancel any credit earned if the Referring Customer is found to have set up multiple accounts for the purpose of self-referral.
• Lettingaproperty.com reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Programme or to change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
• The Refer-a-Friend programme is open to landlords with properties in the UK.
