PrimeLocation.com is a leading property website which has a focus on properties that are in the middle to upper tiers in London and across the UK.

PrimeLocation is a part of the Zoopla Property Group (ZPG PLC) which was founded in 2007  however, it maintains its own branding and property search engine which attracts over 5 million visitors per month looking to buy or rent a property.

How do landlords advertise on PrimeLocation?

As a private landlord, you cannot advertise on the website directly. 

As with Rightmove and Zoopla, Primelocation only accepts properties from professional estate and letting agents who pay a monthly membership fee.

Being an online letting agent with a paid membership to the Zoopla Property Group, we have been advertising with them for a number of years and have been pleased with the level of enquiries received for those properties at the upper end of the market.

How long does it take to see my property advertised on PrimeLocation?

We have developed our own property data feed system which uploads our properties to be advertised on our partner websites four times per day.

Once you are advertising a property with us, you can log into your landlord dashboard 24/7/365 and make changes to your advert.  Your changes will be reflected within 12  - 24 hours on Primelocation.com and our other partner sites.  There is no need for you to contact us regrading changes made as we will be automatically notified by our system.

How do I getting started?

Advertising on all these property websites is included in our 3 letting packages.  

If you are simply after advertising on PrimeLocation, Zoopla and Rightmove, and you are confident in dealing with the legal aspects and regulations of letting a property, you will be interested in our Find a Tenant package.  For just £99 inc vat, we will advertise your property on all the property websites for up to 8 weeks.

If you would prefer to have all the legal paperwork taken care of, the deposit secured and Guaranteed Rent Collection, then our Gold or Platinum Rent on Time package would be ideal.
