Whilst your tenant occupies the property, your rent (up to a maximum of £2,500 per month) will be assured for up to 6 months.If the tenant falls into two full months rent arrears and a notice to evict has been served by us, we will begin to pay your second month's rent (and subsequent months) within 14 business days of the rent due date.
